Supermarket Lighting

Supermarkets offer a centralized shopping experience with an array of products that offer great convenience to the lives of modern residents. Normally, supermarkets can be divided into ordinary display areas and shelf areas.

In the shelf area, the vertical illumination should be not less than 300lux, so that consumers can see the small labels and goods information, luminaires with double asymmetric light distribution is very suitable for the use of the shelves area. In the ordinary display area, the illumination requirement is not less than 500lux.

At the same time, supermarkets are particularly crowded environment, UGR less than 19 can provide a comfortable shopping environment, and avoid glaring.

Office Lighting

Offices consist of many different types of rooms and areas: work areas, public
areas, hallways, meeting rooms, showrooms, kitchens, places for relaxation –
each requiring a different kind of lighting. Some spaces must follow specific
criteria while other areas can be illuminated with much more freedom. Besides visual comfort, people’s wellbeing and safety are important considerations and lighting can also be directly linked to productivity. Today’s advanced electronic controls can follow different phases of the day and balance artificial lighting levels with natural light. Using warmer tones and low intensity at the beginning and end of the day can lower stress, and using cooler tones during the day can be energizing. This is all part of Human Centric Lighting philosophy and is very important, even vital, especially indoors where we spend many hours a day in artificially lit environments.

Warehouse Lighting

Normally, there is little or no sunlight in the warehouse environment. Special illumination is needed based on the requirements of high ceiling structure and the narrow channel between high shelves.

According to the real test that there should be about 300Lux on average to ensure workers read the labels, deliver notices, and store documents easily and accurately in the working area. The high ceiling, narrow channel, and high-shelf warehouse need the most demanding requirements of uniformity on a vertical surface.

Also, the ceiling height is an important consideration factor for the warehouse lighting: use linear type lamp when height is less than 6 Meters, and use high bay light when height is more than 6 Meters. For high-shelf warehouse lighting, wide and narrow double light distribution lamps can be used for heights up to 15 Meters or above. The anti-glare function can avoid the direct glare when workers looking up the shelf.

Retail Store Lighting

In today’s society, the idea of a green retail outlet is gaining in popularity. The ceilings in the retail stores are not fitted with suspended ceilings and the walls are of a simple cement type.

This design not only creates a distinctive, austere, upscale industrial style but also avoids wastage of resources through excessive decoration. The use of industrial highbay or linear track light in such retail stores not only meets the needs of functional lighting but also highlights the store’s design style to create a distinctive shopping experience.
